We have set up an allocation of 40 single ensuite bedrooms on the 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 August 2019 which delegates can book by visiting our website.

Rate per night: £49.00 per room per night including breakfast and VAT

When visit the website you can put in the promotional code and dates you wish to book between the 19-23 August and if rooms are still available in the allocation they will come up.

If you need to stay longer than the dates of the allocation you will need to put the dates in but no promotional code and if we have rooms available in our ‘holiday’ allocation these will come up – please note these will be in the student village. 

Please be advised this allocation will be live until the 12 August 2019.  After this date if you wish to book you will just need to visit the website and will, if available, be able to book bedrooms from our ‘holiday’ allocation.

When you make the booking full payment is required at the time of booking and you will receive a booking conformation with payment receipt, including check in details, however you will need to report to the reception in France House to check in, photo id is required and check in is currently from 2pm and check out is 10am.
