Instructions for Oral Session Chairs

Please use a reminder message as follows: at 18 minutes for invited paper; at 10 minutes for regular paper. That is, 2 minutes after the reminder, the presentation should be finished, and then Q & A will start.

It is a good idea to warn your presenters at the start of the session that you will be reminding them.

Please remember the time frame. Keeping the program to time is very important and please be aware of the time periods (slots) speakers have been designated to present.

Instructions for Poster Session Chairs

As a Session Chair, we appreciate that you check if all authors are present at the session. In order for you to meet the Presenters in advance, be at the room of your session 10 minutes before the beginning of the session. There will be student volunteers in the room to ensure that facilities are functioning properly, and to give you any assistance you may require during the session.
